The cheap Hollywood vanity light was rusting after years of service and it was time for replacement. The brushed nickel finish and modern industrial look of the YKLTG vanity light is the perfect update for our bathroom.We installed them upward and the look is terrific. The installation was a snap and all that was needed was a screwdriver, a couple of twist on wire connectors and four lightbulbs.We didn’t stray from the pictures in the product description and went with Edison style lightbulbs which are indeed a fine compliment with the seeded glass bell light covers. The glass is seeded with impurities that make for a throwback look to which the Edison’s add further homage to bygone years.The light is as fine a value as it is a design step up for the home. It looks great when the lights off in the daytime and when it is lit in the evening.My wife and I are very happy with our choice. 5 stars.The brushed nickel finish perfectly matches our other bathroom fixtures. The glass globes are large and heavy weight adding a beautiful presence to our space and I was surprised at the quality as everything seems to be made very cheaply these days. It was easy to install and even came with a pair of white gloves to prevent finger prints while handling, I love this. I would certainly order this light again.I replaced bathroom lights that looked like they were from the 70's. Way overdue for a makeover. The bathroom is smallish and this 2 light fixture is the perfect size. The installation was very easy as it fit the existing hardware and covered about the same area as the light fixture being replaced.I love how much nicer this light makes the bathroom look.My son's bathroom was in need of some TLC. The original light fixture from the '90s was rusting and just looked very dated. Updating to this fixture was a simple Sunday afternoon project. I removed the original fixture and fortunately the electrical box was centered above the mirror. A little spackle in the screw holes from the old fixture and some sanding and painting to match the rest of the wall and this was up in just a few minutes. The seeded glass globes are substantially thicker than some of the cheaper fixtures that we considered. Edison style LED dimmable bulbs completed the look. We're still wondering why we hadn't done this sooner.
