That’s exactly what I needed to organize the small items on the countertop in the bathroom. I included the receptacle as the size reference. It’s pretty thick, thicker than I thought it would be and very shallow. Not ideal to keep tiny items or anything with fluid that may spill. I would get another one for any similar purposes in the house.This a very good quality tray !I wanted a large enough tray to hold boutique tissues and decor. This is perfect but after grabbing a tissue I realized that it slips around. It was easily fixed by putting 4 circular rubber cushions on the corners.
