Quality product very solid but the template is worthless, no locations to drill for in-wall anchors. Instructions don’t even give you on center locations, you must do your own. It only has 2 anchor holes and it has to be exact. But it’s an awesome mirror, not a rookie install at allI love this mirror in my newly painted bathroom. It took me months to find the right mirror for the space. You will need drywall screws. The seller will supply them if you let them know you need them at no extra cost. My handyman came with some in hand.The mirror does tilt and cover a wide area. It seems to magnify which is good.The mirror is heavy so be sure to hang properly.We just completed a renovation on our guest bathroom and these mirrors were a major hit!! I saw these at other high-end stores for $300- $450 each, but didn’t want to pay those prices. The quality is comparable, but price here was so much more affordable. The gold finish is a good polished brass with nice even tone all around, mirror is true glass reflection with no distortion and the side pivots give it an added look of luxury. So glad I kept looking for what I wanted, Amazon came through.Installed easily and is good quality! Very, very pleased!I love the aesthetic look of the mirrors. I purchased two!I installed this in my bathroom. It’s beautiful, sturdy and a little too big for where I installed it. My bad, I should have measured better but it was past the return date, so I had to turn it 90 degrees. Looks ok though. Quality product. Would recommend.The mirror took about an hour to install and it looks stunning in my new updated bathroom.Perfect complement to my bathroom! Simple but elegant. Very solid!Needed smaller wall anchors to attach the mirror. Otherwise it looks great.
