I gave this 4 stars because the shelf will not hang correctly and stay balanced. I absolutely love it, but it is hard to get it to balance the way it should. Otherwise, the items will slide right off. The second complaint is, you really have to have studs or some type of support in your ceiling or this is going to fall very easily. It does not come with the hooks, so the first set did not work, they came right out of the ceiling and the shelf hit the ground. The second time, I bought planter hooks and so far it’s stayed. You cannot tell in the photo but I have screws on the bottom of each side of my shelf to keep it balanced.
